What fruit has four times the antioxidants as blueberries? If you guessed aronia berries you were right. Aronia berries have the highest antioxidant levels of any known natural food.
Kent Friedrichsen and his wife, Heather, produce the most amazing organic aronia berries in central Iowa. They have figured out how to increase the brix level of the berries to make them the sweetest around.
Usually aronia berries taste like sour cardboard but Kent and Dr. Michael McNeill have developed a fertility program that changes the taste dramatically.
They have perfected a technique to freeze dry the aronia berries and turn them into a finely ground powder. The whole raw berry aronia powder is a powerful anti-inflammatory and each four gram serving contains 18-20 berries. The powder is finely ground so it is safe for people who may have problems with seeds. Stir into juice or yogurt. Add to smoothies and to recipes to punch up nutrition. It’s amazing!!
Add two scoops of the aronia powder to eight ounces of warm water (The aronia powder may clump because of the sugar content, so adding warm water helps with any lumps.) in a small jar with a screw top lid. Shake up and drink before going to bed to add an extra dose of antioxidants. This has shown positive results for people with restless leg syndrome and fibromyalgia.
You’ll want to try their chocolate covered, freeze dried aronia berries too. What a perfect combination!
I love having friends that are making a difference. Check them out HERE.
